Design Farm Studio worked in conjunction with Krause Interior Architecture, Inc. to refresh the building facade, plaza, the lobby, common areas and the Comprehensive Sign Program for the property.

Design Farm Studio generated the photoreal renderings of the building facade to determine the color palette, and designed the sign package for the site and building exterior. In addition, DFS created a new sign package for the interior lobby and building core to compliment the building's redesigned interior.
