This project was envisioned by Rick Markum during his time with DAVIS, where he championed the efforts of their "reform" group which focused on the repurposing and repositioning of existing real estate assets between 2002 and 2010, prior to this type of work receiving much attention in the Greater Phoenix metro area.

This particular study was done for a local brokerage firm to illustrate how a local meat producer and retailer might reform a downtown Phoenix warehouse into a combination warehouse, storefront & restaurant space in the heart of the downtown entertainment district.
