The project consisted of a Comprehensive Sign Program (CSP) for a mixed-use development in Flagstaff, Arizona. The development includes ground level retail with residential development on the upper floors. Retail pads located throughout the site consist of a grocery store, a bank and an REI store.

Additional pedestrian wayfinding signage and lifestyle graphic displays were included into the design of the CSP in order to provide a sense of place and create a pedestrian friendly walkable environment. The project incorporates natural and rustic, industrial materials into the designs to create a seemless fit into the surrounding historic Flagstaff neighborhood.
