The project consisted of a Comprehensive Sign Program (CSP) for a mixed-use development located adjacent to the prominent Del Amo Fashion Center in Torrance, California.

The development consisted of existing office buildings and an incorporated parking structure. The revised master plan and associated CSP included signage provisions for a new retail building and a new parking structure and surface parking lots. The project was also named the 2022 BOMA TOBY Award Winner! In the Historical Building Category.
