The project consisted of a Comprehensive Sign Program (CSP) for a mixed-use development in Tempe, Arizona. The Design Farm Studio signage package also includes custom designed fountains as an integral component to the primary grand entrance to the project.

The overall development consists of individual parcels containg office, industrial, hotel and retail uses. In addition to the fountains, entry monuments, multi-tenant monuments, pad monuments and wayfinding signage throughout the site, the CSP also includes three freeway tower signs, which are unique to this property along the section of the Loop 101 between Tempe and Mesa.
