At the time of groundbreaking, Marina Heights was the largest office development in the state of Arizona. Design Farm Studio worked diligently with the City of Tempe and the development team to create the signage entitlement package (the Development Agreement Sign Package) as well as the design packages for of all of the site signage, exterior and interior building signage for the Marina Heights.

While the project was designed to be the home of the StateFarm Southwest Regional Headquarters, the sign package included flexibility provisions to allow for future multi-tenant configurations.

This prominent landmark on the south bank of Tempe Town Lake has since become an Arizona and Valley icon, with video of Marina Heights and the Tempe skyline frquently being broadcasted to national and international audiences in televised Valley sporting events.
