Rick Markum created the Comprehensive Sign Program as well as the interior signage package for this groundbreaking urban residential condominium project in Downtown Phoenix which was designed by the architecure and interior design firm DAVIS.

In addition to the permanent signage, Rick created a host of temporary signage components for the project as well as creating print advertising, signage displays and video presentations for the sales center and neighborhood outreach events held at the nearby Gold Spot market gallery space.
