The project consisted of a preliminary sign program, designed for inclusion in the PAD (Planned Areaa Development) package for the project. The design package, which included designs for the entry monuments, multi-tenant monuments, wayfinding signage, as well as the criteria and guidelines for all of the building signage, was included within the PAD submittal sst, and the package was approved as part of the PAD Zoning approval process..
