Rick Markum created the Master Sign Program for The Villages of Eastridge shortly after joining CornoyerHedrick (which would later become DAVIS). Rick worked closely with the Landplanning and Landscape Department to create the project identity and a signage package that integrated seamlessly with the landscape and hardscape design for the project.
