The project consisted of a Comprehensive Sign Plan (CSP) for a mixed-use development located at a major light rail hub on Mill Avenue in downtown Tempe, Arizona. The intersection serves as a gateway from ASU and downtown Tempe to Tempe Beach Park and Tempe Town Lake.

The development consists of an 8-story office building with street-level retail spaces adjacent to Mill Avenue and the light rail station.

In addition to the CSP, Design Farm Studio also provided a full interior signage package for the 8-story office building.
